Borrower's Consent:
I consent to Trivista Capital obtaining information from relevant parties as may be necessary,
on my loan application, salary, employment information and other related information, to make a decision
on my loan application. I also consent to the loan amounts deducted from my salary monthly at source before credit to my account.
Any outstanding loan due to default should be recovered automatically from any other accounts linked to me.
